  • January 15, 2020 City Council – Public hearing to consider amending Providence City Code Title 9 Chapter 1A Impact Fees by amending the impact fee enactment for wastewater treatment facilities and adopting a Wastewater Treatment Impact Fee Facilities Plan; and approving a resolution adjusting the impact fee schedule.
