Forms

The Utah Courts website has an abundance of information. View their Self Help, Do, and Search menus for Court Forms, Procedures, Pay Fine/Fees Online (you MUST have both your court case and citation numbers to use this option) and much more at utcourts.gov.

  • For Small claims, find the link under the “Self Help” menu.

Payment of Fines

You may pay fines in person at the court, by mailing a check to the court, by calling the court and paying with a credit card or paying online via Xpress Bill Pay. To ensure your payment is applied to the correct account, please include the defendants name and if available the court case number and/or citation number.

In most cases, the Judge will allow you to make monthly payments towards your fine. You will need to appear in Court and make a payment arrangement with the Judge.  If you cannot pay a fine amount when it is due, you must contact the court to discuss your options. If a due date passes and you have not made your payment and you have not contacted the court, you may be in violation of your probation, or may be in contempt of court, and a warrant for your arrest will be issued.
